We are supporting a hospitality group (SXW Pty Ltd) based in Darwin that operates across several popular venues, specialising in Aussie-Italian and Aussie-Filipino fusion cuisine. The business is known for its commitment to handcrafted meals, warm service, and consistent customer satisfaction. They are currently hiring for the following roles: Barista.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages while maintaining excellent service and station cleanliness in a fast-paced café setting. Key Responsibilities: Operate espresso machines and prepare coffee drinks to standard.
Provide prompt and friendly service to customers. Maintain barista station cleanliness and stock levels. Assist with light food handling as needed.
Requirements: Prior experience as a Barista in a busy café environment. Good knowledge of espresso equipment and coffee preparation.
Excellent customer service and multitasking ability. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Competitive salary starting at $56,000 (with scope to increase based on experience)
