Infinite Aged Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales & Admissions Manager to lead our sales, customer experience, and admissions functions across our national network of residential aged care homes.
Location flexibility: This role can be based in NSW, QLD, SA or Victoria, giving you the freedom to work where it suits you best.
This pivotal role is responsible for driving occupancy outcomes, leading a high performing sales and admissions team, and ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for prospective residents and their families.
A key component of this role includes leading sales and admissions planning for commissioning new homes, ensuring strong market readiness, establishing effective pre-opening sales processes, and supporting successful occupancy ramp-up from day one.
The role will also champion the uptake of HELF Program (*Higher Everyday Living Fee), which enables our residents to receive enhanced services, Being the champion this role will ensure operational teams are well informed, confident in communicating the benefits, and proactively supporting families to access and understand the program as part of the admissions journey.
About You
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-site sales or admissions teams
- A deep understanding of residential aged care operations, the admissions process, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience driving occupancy growth and achieving strategic sales targets
- Experience contributing to or leading the sales and admissions strategy for commissioning new aged-care homes
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- A highly organised and determined self-starter who can work independently but communicate collaboratively with all required stakeholders within the Infinite organisation and the wider aged care referral community
- A commitment to person-centred care and supporting families through key decision-making moments
- Capable at translating analytical sales data into meaningful strategies, operational plans, identifies trends and pivoting the team to meet if not exceed agreed sales forecasts and budgets.
Role Summary
- You will have the important responsibility of providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and admissions into all Infinite residential aged care facilities.
- Lead a national team to develop and maintain strong relationships with referrers to maximise sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- You will be pivotal to lead the maintenance of site occupancy levels through the provision of exceptional customer service to prospective residents of our facilities.
- Management and coordination of all processes and systems for sales; tours, enquiries, enquiry follow up, coordination of open days, admissions, and welcome process.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement across the sales and admission future-fit growth initiatives.
- Ability to confidently lead a team that manages day-to-day resident and family queries in relation to admissions and complicated aged care financial requirements.
- Effective management of service levels and customer service including assisting team members to deliver on customer service promises.
