We deliver proven solutions to support individuals, business and the Australian Government achieve outcomes that benefit the community.The opportunityJoin our People & Culture team where you'll have the exciting opportunity to support our HR reporting requirements within the business. You will be integral in utilising your data analytics and reporting experience to ensure that the HR data is of highest quality and analysed to identify business needs. You will also be key to maintaining our HR systems to ensure data integrity, integration and optimal user experience.Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will engage in consultation efforts with key stakeholders, contributing to the seamless integration of our business and continuous improvement. Key facets of the role include:Identifying business requirements for HR functions and the system capabilities to meet those requirementsPerforming support and issue resolution for all HR SystemsAnalysing and establishing ongoing methods, procedures and processes to resolve HR operational and compliance issues and data integrity and recommending strategies for addressing the issuesDesign, develop and maintain analytical metrics and dashboards, collating and analysing reports to support business decisioning processesWorking closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the HR data is captured accurately and integrity is maintainedPartner with P&C and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.Support compliance reporting requirements as required (WGEA, internal and external audits)About youExperience in a technical HRIS and reporting/ analytics roleAbility to present data findings in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceTrack record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environmentExperience with Application Tracking Systems, LMS's and payroll systems (Cornerstone and Aurion preferred)Experience in configuring corporate systems and developing specifications for custom reportsNext steps - Please click "apply" to find out more about the role.If you require an adjustment to the recruitment process for reasons of equal opportunity, please call a member of our Recruitment Team on or email before you submit your application.
