Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a range of Town Planning applications in established and growth areas within the Municipality
- Assisting with customer service enquiries related to planning matters
- Contributing to the preparation of strategic planning studies and planning scheme amendments
- Developing skills in the preparation and implementation of Precinct Structure Plans and other Growth Area Planning initiatives
- Participating in tailored graduate learning and development opportunities
- Being supported and mentored throughout the graduate rotation
- Attending key industry events and networking opportunities
About You
The company is looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in Urban Planning or a related discipline
- No more than 2 years experience in a Planning role
- Current Victorian driver’s licence
- Ability to interpret regulations and apply principles related to Growth Area Planning
- Positive report writing, customer service, and interpretive skills relevant to Growth Area Planning
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $81,006 to $93,280 per annum (Band 5) plus 12% superannuation and Accrued Day Off (ADO)
