We are on the lookout for a self-motivated Admin Assistant to join our team.
This is a permanent part time position (Tues-Thurs).
The applicant must have exceptional attention to detail and have the aptitude to work in a very busy high-pressure environment as well as the qualifications and experience to perform the tasks and responsibilities outlined below:
Qualifications & experience
* Ideally the successful applicant will have experience working within the real estate industry or office administration
* Accounts experience or aptitude for basic accounts training highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills over the phone, email and in person
* High level of attention to detail and computer literacy
* Exceptional time management and organisation skills
* Willing to adapt to change in a busy working environment
* Well presented and punctual
Tasks & responsibilities
* Manage file load and complete all tasks from listing to settlement (including processing sales contracts)
* Accurately maintaining and updating database
* Attending to email/phone/face to face enquiries
* Completing daily scheduled tasks through CRM and as outlined in daily lists
* Diary management and scheduling for all sales staff
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, valuers, building inspectors and conveyancers/solicitors
* Other ad-hoc administration duties as directed
