IT Support Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support Officer.
This is a part-time role involving support across all levels, working on the service desk for staff queries and issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing IT support at internal events and presentations
* Offering Desktop Support and Microsoft Office Support
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, telephones, networks, printers and scanners
* Upgrading operating systems and computer software
* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
* Monitoring printer toners and ordering supplies
* Moving computers around the office when necessary
* Following loan equipment booking processes and procedures
* Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of computers and associated MS software packages, good support knowledge of printers and peripherals, and a good understanding of WAN/LAN networking, firewalls, switches, routers.
A technical, logical thought process and problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to stick to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities
We require candidates to have:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as IT Support
* Excellent knowledge of computers and associated MS software packages
* Good support knowledge of printers and peripherals
* Good understanding of WAN/LAN networking, firewalls, switches, routers
