Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive project delivery experience, preferably in Tier 1 or 2 backgrounds.
The role will involve managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to construction programs and quality standards. You will be responsible for identifying and managing construction risks, overseeing project expenditure and cash flow, and managing external engineering design aspects and subcontractors.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and communicate comprehensive project programs
* Manage projects from inception to completion
* Ensure adherence to construction programs and quality standards
* Identify and manage construction risks
* Oversee project expenditure and cash flow
* Manage external engineering design aspects and subcontractors
* Maintain HSEQ standards
* Produce progress reports and manage client expectations
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
* Minimum 8+ years' experience in project delivery
* Proven leadership skills and team motivation experience
* Experience delivering greenfield projects
* Knowledge of local council and regulatory standards
* Strong planning, financial reporting, and communication skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Construction Safety Induction (white) card
