About The Role
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will use emerging technologies to create innovative, effective and personalised learning experiences and resources across Chisholm working collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and educators.
The role has a strong stakeholder focus, using emerging technologies, contemporary instructional design principles, methodologies and pedagogy to ensure best practice teaching and learning in an online, classroom and workplace environment.
The Learning Experience Designer will have a strong commitment to enhancing the student learning experience through engaging learning experiences.
About You
You will have a tertiary qualification in learning design, instructional design or eLearning or equivalent industry experience and a certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE
) or qualifications that meet the RTO standards including the following :
Experience with emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced learning technologies to design and develop engaging learning and assessment experiences.
Experience with variety of AI tools in all stages of learning design and development workflow.
Demonstrated experience of using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and pedagogy to support the development learning and assessment.
Experience designing and developing student centred and constructively aligned learning content for all modes of delivery.
Demonstrated experience designing highly interactive, multimedia learning content using a variety of digital technologies e.g., Moodle (or other LMS), Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Premiere Pro), Vyond, Zoom, Generative AI, VR 360 video.
Demonstrated experience developing learning content for use in accredited training (e.g. writing and designing learning content to a unit of competency), in higher education or organisational learning and development contexts.
