About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. You will receive training in our specialized software system and technical concrete knowledge to support our customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding service and support to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Processing orders efficiently to ensure prompt delivery.
* Proactively handling complaints with care and professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
* Responding to pricing inquiries with precise and clear information.
* Perform various administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
* Participate in training on the specialized software system and acquire concrete technical knowledge to assist customers effectively.
* Work collaboratively in a newly created department and go the extra mile for our customers.
About you:
* Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
* High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
* Ability to solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, including builders, concreters, and cash sale customers.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications relevant to customer service operations.
