Are you a master of movement, scheduling, logistics, or just really good at Tetris? We're on the hunt for a sharp, commercially minded Fleet (Logistics) Manager to join our high-energy team in Brisbane or Auckland. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our campervans and motorhomes are in the right place at the right time, powering unforgettable travel experiences while driving revenue performance across our network.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively manage and execute fleet movements across branches based on bookings, seasonal demand, and maintenance schedules.
- Maximise freesale availability and keep off-fleet days to a minimum.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Revenue teams to align relocations with pricing and promotional strategies.
- Develop tactical movement plans for peak seasons and campaigns.
- Track performance, costs, and fleet utilisation with accurate reporting and data analysis.
About You:
- 3+ years in fleet coordination, vehicle rental operations, transport scheduling, or logistics
- Excel or Google Sheets wizard (bonus points for fleet tracking or scheduling software experience)
- Familiarity with fleet tracking systems, scheduling tools, and operational reporting.
- Excellent abstract reasoning skills, a calm head under pressure, and a natural problem-solver
- Commercially aware and operationally hands-on
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Tourism preferred (or equivalent experience)
