Job Description The District Manager is responsible for: Overseeing and managing the operations of multiple retail locations in Adelaide.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Monitor store performance, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Provide leadership, training, and support to store managers and their teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all stores.
Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
Foster a positive work environment and promote strong teamwork among staff.
The Successful Applicant A successful District Manager should have: Proven experience in a multi site leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and retail operations.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to travel between retail locations in Adelaide as required
