This is a part time (~4hrs per day, Mon to Fri), in-person role based in Wollongong, Australia. It offers some level of flexibility and the occasional work-from-home day when required.
About the Role
We Think Digital is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our team across both day-to-day operations and marketing execution.
This is a varied role that blends admin, content, and coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work but also has an interest in marketing.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the team organised, supporting client communication, and helping ensure content and campaigns are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Support
* Answer inbound calls and manage general enquiries
* Schedule appointments and manage team calendars
* Follow up proposals, quotes, and client communications
* Assist with internal meeting preparation and team coordination
* Support task briefing and organisation across the team
Content Creation & Management
* Produce AI-assisted blog content aligned with SEO strategies
* Source images and visual assets (Envato, internal libraries, etc.)
* Upload and schedule blog content across platforms like Webflow and WordPress
Social Media Management
* Create simple social media visuals using tools like InDesign (for selected clients)
* Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms
* Assist with research into trending topics and content ideas
* Support development of forward-planned content calendars
* Assist with engagement (comments, interactions, etc.)

Skills & Experience
Required:

* Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
* Good written communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Preferred:
* Interest in marketing, social media, or content creation
* Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
* Experience scheduling social media content
* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar
* Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation
