The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Process Worker (Aluminium Extrusion Press) to join our team. This is a permanent, full‐time role (38 hours per week) with monthly paid RDOs. It is an entry‐level position with full training provided. You will begin working on the Finish Saw and progressively develop your skills across multiple areas of the production process. The position operates on a rotating monthly shift pattern: Day → Afternoon → Night, aligned with RDO scheduling. Overtime is regularly available.
