As an Employment Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with disabilities, injuries, or medical conditions to secure and maintain employment. You will work closely with clients, their employers, and other stakeholders to provide tailored support and achieve positive outcomes.
Your expertise will include providing one-on-one support in the workplace, assisting clients to understand their job tasks and responsibilities, and helping them to improve their performance and efficiency. You will be an effective communicator, able to advocate for your clients and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum
