Junior Solicitor Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and other materials
* Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence
* Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of matters, including family law, criminal law, and civil disputes
* Attend court hearings and client meetings as required
* Collaborate with senior solicitors and other team members to deliver exceptional client service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files
* Continuously expand your knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree
* Admission to practice as a solicitor in Australia
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client-focused outcomes
* Knowledge of the legal issues and challenges facing the local community
