* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen and meal service operations
* Prepare and present fresh, well-balanced meals tailored to client needs
* Manage kitchen staff, rosters, ordering, and inventory control
* Develop and maintain menus in line with dietary guidelines and preferences
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
* Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain a high standard of service
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience in a similar position, relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or above), and excellent leadership and team management skills.
