Senior Change Manager
Sydney | Contract | $1000–$1100 per day
We're working with a large transport organisation delivering a network upgrade program. The role supports the early stages of the initiative, focusing on the business case and early change planning rather than delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high‐level change impact assessments (people, process, ways of working)
* Develop an initial Change Management Plan
* Build out a Stakeholder Engagement Plan
* Identify and map internal and external stakeholders
* Assess impact across end users, maintenance workforce, and operational teams
* Work across multiple work streams in a stakeholder‐heavy environment
Requirements
* Experience delivering early‐stage change (discovery / business case phase)
* Strong capability in change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and developing practical, high‐level change plans
* Comfortable working in complex, operational environments
* Transport or infrastructure experience beneficial
