* 3 Fixed Term positions available (9 day fortnight)
* Highly developed skills in administrations, cashiering and computing, including keyboard accuracy.
* Salary LGO 3 ($71,806 - $77,515 per annum + superannuation) based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About The Role
These positions play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to a broad range of customer across multiple contact channels and locations and working collaboratively across Council to champion our purpose of Growing Townsville and to deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the Townsville Community.
Ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism is provided to the community and council customers by effectively managing customer enquiries, service requests, applications, and transactions across multiple service delivery channels.
3 fixed term positions available ranging from 3 months to 15 months in length.
About You
Our ideal applicant will have experience working in customer service or records management roles in large and diverse organisation with strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to organise and communicate information clearly through a variety of customer contact channels.
