About the Job Opportunity

This is a newly created role that is directly responsible for delivering end-to-end high-level talent acquisition services to meet staff recruitment needs within agreed quality, time, and cost parameters. It plays a crucial role in engaging and attracting talent to support the organisation's strategic goals, enhance its brand, and ensure a robust future growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

Design and facilitate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for appropriate staffing levels;
Identify suitable recruitment strategies and strategic sourcing channels to attract the desired target market;
Assist hiring managers with job design, position description review, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking, and offer management;
Develop interview tools and selection criteria, working with hiring managers to implement these practices;
Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR team members;
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient and effective delivery, providing regular updates to stakeholders;
Develop employment brand and attraction strategies through social platforms, collaboration with employment providers, job boards, and targeted communications; and

Formulate strategies to reduce time to fill and enhance the quality of hires. Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tool-kits, training, and documentation.

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a similar field would be highly regarded.

Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes

Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition with strong recruitment framework design and implementation experience;
Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement programs within talent acquisition teams;
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence senior leaders, and provide recruitment and talent advice;
Well-developed organisational, collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritising skills;
High level of customer service, communication, interpersonal, and administration skills is required;
Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite; and

A proactive self-starter who is bright, passionate, and hands-on in their approach.

Essential Conditions

A Federal Police Clearance must be obtained, and a declaration made of any future charges or convictions that could potentially affect your role;
Travel may be required intra or interstate with overnight stays (including weekends) on short notice; and
