With a strong reputation for high quality, participant-centred support, we're growing and seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Gosford-based team.
This is a key leadership position where you will oversee participant care, team operations, onboarding, rostering, and compliance. You'll be supported by an offshore operations team, administration staff, and our management team.

The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll take responsibility for ensuring quality service delivery across our participants and teams. Your role will be varied and hands-on, including:
* Participant Support – leading onboarding, risk assessments, transition planning, authoring and maintaining support plans.
* Team Leadership – supervising team leaders, support workers, and overseeing offshore operations/administration staff.
* Rostering & Operations – managing the operations phone during business hours, ensuring coverage, and stepping in when required.
* Compliance & Quality – responding to incidents and complaints, ensuring NDIS Practice Standards are met, managing surveys, and maintaining documentation.
* Recruitment & Training of Support Workers– conducting interviews, leading inductions, maintaining training registers, and coordinating ongoing staff development.
* Client Relationships – building strong connections through in-person check-ins and quarterly reviews with participants.

About You
You are an experienced leader in the disability services sector who thrives on balancing participant care with operational demands. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 3–4 years experience in office-based management roles within a registered NDIS provider.
* Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
* Proficiency with Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook).
* A proactive and innovative mindset, aligned with Steadway's values.
* The ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and think outside the box.
