Business Development Manager
Australia's solar and storage sector is experiencing rapid growth.
We are seeking a sales professional to drive revenue across residential and commercial markets.
* Grow the Business:
* IDentify, onboard, and manage trade partners (installers, EPCs, distributors, retailers).
* Drive sales of inverter and energy storage products.
* Present technical solutions to customers, supported by strong logistics and technical support.
* Manage your full sales pipeline from prospecting through to close.
* Represent the brand at industry events and partner training sessions.
Key Requirements:
* 2–7+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development.
* Background in solar, renewables, electrical, or HVAC distribution is highly regarded.
* Existing network within installers, EPCs, and solar retailers.
* Proven record of achieving sales targets.
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a desire to grow within a fast-paced business.
