About the role;
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of Salesforce CRM components to support the customer experience across various channels including contact centre and digital
* Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions within agreed timeframes. This includes continuous iteration and improvement of the Salesforce components in conjunction with business objectives of the Tribe and overall Group
* Provide technical expertise and work with peers, managers, and architects to recommend and implement changes in design, development, and maintenance standards
* Provide thought leadership into the delivery of standards, DevSecOps practices and related tooling as well as to IT Delivery teams to ensure alignment to the architectural roadmap
* Engage with vendor partners, Delivery Squads, IT and Business stakeholders to understand use cases and requirements
What will you bring?
* 2+ years' experience working as a senior/lead in an Agile delivery methodology within cross functional teams
* 3+ years' experience working as a senior development resource in a Salesforce environment
* Demonstrated experience working in a DevSecOps team responsible for the delivery of Salesforce CRM functionality in support of large program of work
* Deep and expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its various modules
* Ability to mentor and support developers
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills; ability to understand use cases and business requirements; and good communication skills
* Understanding of Risk Appetite and active management of organisational risk profiles
* Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline, BSc or equivalent is preferred
* Salesforce certifications highly desirable
* Post-graduate training in business, commerce or related discipline is an advantage
