We are seeking a highly skilled and organised administration professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an administrative capacity, managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative duties, including:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable;
* Preparing and processing payroll;
* Coordinating inductions and training for staff members;
* Answering phones and responding to queries;
* Entering data into our systems;
* Creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word (advanced level);
* Analysing and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel (advanced level);
* Raising purchase orders and invoices;
* Assisting with estimating and quotations;
* Sourcing quotes from suppliers;
* Previous experience in administration is required;
* Reliable transportation is essential;
* Availability to work between 8am and 4pm;
* Ability to work 4-8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
