As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Purified water treatment equipment, diagnosing faults, and providing technical support to customers. You'll work independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients receive reliable and timely service.
Water Treatment experience not required as full training will be given at our factory in Cameron Park. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently essential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Purified Water Systems (PWS).
Diagnose issues and carry out troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Install new equipment and ensure proper commissioning.
Provide on-site support and training to customers.
Complete service reports, documentation, and safety records.
Follow company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
About You
Experience as a Service Technician or similar mechanical/electrical role.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
White card.
Ability to travel for service work as required.
