Team & Role Overview
The Fund Administration team is rapidly growing and provides services such as capital calls, distributions, audit support, real‐time portfolio data, and more.
Responsibilities
* Help provide leverage to clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while scaling our CFO services, including capital calls and distributions, audit/tax support, and pre/post close services.
* Assist investors with real‐time IRR, portfolio data, TVPI, and RVPI to help them make accurate decisions.
* Improve product and software by collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop the Investor Services product suite.
* Transform a service industry into a software business through consulting with clients and implementing Fund Administration software.
Impact
Partner with top venture capital firms to streamline their financial accounting needs; work cross‐functionally with product, engineering, go‐to‐market, and operation teams while growing foundational accounting knowledge in a fast‐paced environment.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of closed‐end fund accounting experience.
* Accounting or finance degree.
* Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memoranda.
* Strong critical thinking, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills.
* Excellent communication and multitasking to meet multiple deadlines.
* Knowledge of venture capital, private equity, and fund administration.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proactive use of AI to streamline workflows.
* Ability to work on projects in a fast‐paced environment with a supportive team and individually.
* CPA/CA qualification is an advantage.
