Digital Product Owner (Home Insurance Sales) Fixed Term Secondment until 31 January 2027 Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide Join Suncorp and help shape award‑winning digital experiences for our Home Insurance customers. We’re on the lookout for a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Sales & Digital Customer team. In this role, you'll drive customer‑centred digital experiences that are simple, intuitive and help build customer confidence to quote and buy Home Insurance online. Working within a dedicated, cross‑functional squad, you will bring clarity and direction to our digital roadmap - balancing customer needs, business priorities using data‑led decision making. Why this role matters As a Digital Product Owner, you will be key in helping Suncorp deliver a globally recognised sales experience. You’ll help shape the end‑to‑end digital funnel, ensuring customers feel supported and in control, while enabling strategic outcomes across multiple Suncorp brands and digital assets. What you’ll do Deliver optimised digital customer experiences that make it easy for customers to quote and purchase insurance. Build a strong understanding of our brands and identify ways to differentiate their digital experiences. Manage and prioritise a single program of work across multiple brands and platforms. Represent the Digital Sales Home squad as a subject matter expert with stakeholders across the business. Use digital analytics and insights to assess performance and design test‑and‑learn initiatives. Ensure all changes adhere to governance, risk appetite, compliance requirements and quality assurance processes. Deliver UAT, release activities and resolution of production issues. Actively manage and optimise the program of work to maximise customer and business value. About You: 3 years’ experience in insurance and/or financial services 1 years’ experience in the digital domain (desired) 1 years’ experience delivering projects or initiatives Qualifications (desired) Relevant tertiary qualification Product Owner Certification Skills & Capabilities Strong strategic and human‑centred design mindset Advanced analytical and critical thinking ability Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complexity for different audiences Strong time management and self‑prioritisation Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively Confident negotiator and influencer, including with senior leaders High adaptability in fast‑paced and changing environments Proven track record of team collaboration that delivers real customer and business outcomes
