Key Responsibilities

* Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a gerontology or aged care setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
