Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concessions Stand Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our concessions stands. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Train and counsel event staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, and enforce company standards for responsible service practices.
* Conduct regular audits of inventory and product to prevent loss or theft.
* Multi-task in a dynamic team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Age 18+, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
* Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
* Ability to work in all climate conditions, including extreme temperatures, and perform physical tasks as needed.
