Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Senior Account Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving growth and managing key distributor relationships across the ANZ Pacific region.
* This individual will leverage their B2B sales expertise to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build loyalty with major distributors and resellers.
* They will understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to increase sales and expand market share.
* The successful candidate will lead training and onboarding initiatives to ensure customers effectively adopt and utilise the technologies.
* They will oversee contracts with distributors and resellers, ensuring year-on-year growth and compliance.
* This role requires the ability to introduce new technologies to customers and drive utilisation of our products.
* The Senior Account Manager will negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
* They will develop and implement sales strategies that meet regional needs and achieve sales targets.
* Additionally, this individual will work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions, meet client requirements, and provide exceptional after-sales service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A proven success in account management, demonstrating a strong track record of sales growth and account retention, particularly within the medical or healthcare sector.
* Extensive experience managing large distributors and resellers in a B2B sales environment.
* Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
* Tertiary qualifications required (minimum Bachelor's degree).
