Your Role
As our Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of Evergreen's digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and resident experience. You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with our vision and Values Your experiences and professional insight will shape the future of Evergreen. Your curiosity will help keep them at the forefront of what's possible in aged in the future of Evergreen. This role offers flexibility, including options for full-time or part-time employment.
What You'll Do
* Lead the implementation of the IT Strategy, ensuring it supports our broader Strategic Plan
* Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance our aged care services.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver multiple projects successfully.
* Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with aged care regulations.
* Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
* Provide regular, transparent updates to our leadership team and the Board.
* Foster a culture of change management and evidence-based decision-making

* Proven experience in project management, preferably in the aged care, disability or healthcare sector.
* Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory requirements and compliance.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and project scope.
* Background in digital transformation and change management.
