With the support of an in-office assistant, you will be able to focus on the core aspects of your role to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service to our clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years broking experience with a Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
• Familiarity with the AFG Flex system (not required but highly sought)
• Unwavering integrity and a self-driven approach to achieve business growth autonomously.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
• Thrives on challenges and adept at problem-solving, with a keen ability to convert leads into successful loans.
• Highly motivated and determined to establish enduring relationships with clients and customers.
• We are preferential to someone living local, who knows and understands the area.

The Role

We are not looking for someone to go out and get leads, we have been established since 2003 and are looking for someone to maintain our existing clients and assist with any of their lending needs, as well as with our referral partner.

• Look after our referral partner and cultivate a strong relationship with them.
• Maintain our large database, contacting our existing clients to perform reviews and ensure our existing book remains happy due to our services.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' objectives, requirements, and borrowing capacity.
• Identify optimal loan solutions for customers, collaborating with the support team to analyse documentation and align with banks' products and customer needs.
• Reporting to the Director on budgets and maintaining the finance department.
• You will conduct a 2-month handover with our existing mortgage broker. All systems will be properly introduced for a seamless transition.

Remuneration

We are offering a generous salary package, at approximately $90K - $110K plus company laptop, mobile phone, and fuel card.
