OVERVIEW Our client is a highly reputable, top tier commercial property agency with a global presence. Their Adelaide office is seeking a Finance Manager for a 3 month contract on one of their major shopping centres in the northern suburbs. This role will take ownership of all financial functions across the centre, ensuring accuracy, compliance and commercial insight during a critical reporting period. This is a 3-month contract with potential to extend. Key Responsibilities End-to-end financial management of the shopping centre asset Preparation of monthly management reports and board reporting packs Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Retail sales reporting and turnover rent reconciliation Cashflow management and working capital oversight Annual outgoings budgets and reconciliations Tenant ledger management and arrears oversight Liaison with auditors, external accountants and key stakeholders CAPEX tracking and financial modelling support CRITERIA Proven experience in a retail/shopping centre or commercial property finance role Strong understanding of retail leases, outgoings recoveries and turnover rent Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail Experience with property finance systems (e.g. MRI, Yardi, JDE or similar) CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) preferred Confident communicator with the ability to partner with operations teams BENEFITS Immediate impact role within a dynamic retail asset Autonomy and visibility across the full financial function Work alongside an experienced property leadership team Competitive salary due to contract period.
