Electrical Construction Supervisor Role
This is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing field construction operations within the electrical discipline. The successful candidate will be assigned to manage and direct all activities related to electrical work on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical direction to subordinate staff and ensure quality of work accomplished.
* Determine workforce requirements, coordinate operational plans, and schedule work.
* Monitor work activities and implement corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a similar role.
* Sound knowledge of QLD mining Act and Regulations.
* Experience in EPC(M) contract management and communication, controls, and hazardous areas would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will work on a FIFO basis in North Queensland, operating on a 2:1 roster. They must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, and familiar with current industry quality standards.
