Support Role Opportunity
You will be working with clients who have disabilities, helping them build skills and independence through activities in their homes or in the community.
* Providing daily living and medical support where necessary
* Encouraging independence and skill-building through activities such as cooking, crafts, music and sports
* Delivering tailored support to meet individual goals
* Building positive relationships with clients and their families
* Handling challenges with empathy and problem-solving skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and sleepovers
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and Working With Children Check
* Experience supporting clients with high needs
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
