The Role
Take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio while working closely with a friendly, long-standing team. This is a full-time Monday–Friday position where you'll feel supported, encouraged and valued.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships
Managing arrears
Routines, entries & exits
Rent reviews, lease renewals and increases, and more
You're someone who is:
Mature, confident and comfortable with a wide range of clients
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A great communicator — written and verbal
Professional, well-presented and customer-service driven
Hard-working, career-focused and loves a laugh
Holding a current driver's licence & valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration
