About the role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled WHS Systems Business Partner to play a key role in strengthening our Work Health & Safety Management System (WHSMS).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining WHS expertise with structured document management, governance of WHS Policies & Procedures, systems administration, data insights, and continuous improvement.
In this pivotal position, you will support the development, implementation, and optimisation of our WHS policies, procedures, digital platforms, and reporting tools.
You will help ensure our WHSMS remains compliant, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned to legislation and best practice.
Your work will directly contribute to safer outcomes for our people, contractors, tenants, and visitors.
A deeper dive into the key responsibilities of the role:
Manage WHS documentation, version control, and web content for consistency and accessibility.
Maintain and enhance WHS systems (including SAI360 & SharePoint) to support effective safety governance.
Lead and contribute to WHS policy and procedure development.
Analyse safety data and generate reports that support risk intelligence and informed decision-making.
Coordinate incident support activities, including analysis and action tracking.
Support contractor safety compliance processes and WHS program delivery.
Provide system training and practical WHS advice across the organisation.
Drive continuous improvement through audits, reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
About You
To be successful in this role, the following technical skills and experience is required:
A relevant WHS qualification and 3+ years' experience in WHS roles.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
Experience managing WHS systems, documentation, or digital platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical writing skills.
ICAM/Taproot qualification (desirable).
SharePoint experience and/or training & assessment qualifications (beneficial).
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence and support diverse stakeholders.
