Join the Digital Transformation Program as a Junior IT Graduate to convert legacy InfoPath forms to SmartIQ and gain hands-on digital development experience.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Working with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development SmartIQ team to learn and apply standards and processes for form development.
* Converting InfoPath forms to SmartIQ forms.
* Coordinating the deployment of newly created SmartIQ forms into the production environment.
* Assisting with analysing existing InfoPath forms and documenting business and technical requirements.
* Supporting testing activities, implementation planning, and quality assurance of converted forms.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records of development work.
* Liaising with business users and stakeholders to clarify requirements and support form adoption.
* Contributing positively to team goals and delivering assigned tasks.
About You
The company is looking for:
* Ability to gain a National Police Clearance, PF166.
* Graduated with an IT degree within the past 2 years.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required, with strong awareness of confidentiality and data-privacy obligations.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and strong organisational discipline.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply lateral thinking and persistence to meet critical deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
* High level of personal energy, integrity and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Proven stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
