We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages to café standards
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and café area
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Support team members and uphold our café's values and culture
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee or high-volume café
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee brewing methods
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
