Logistics Coordinator Job Overview
About this role:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and confirm transport movements, ensuring alignment with capacity and delivery windows.
As a key member of our team, you will use ERP/WMS and Transport Management Systems (TMS) to manage bookings, run sheets, and tracking. You will also monitor transport carrier performance and collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery reliability.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in logistics, Defence contracts, or complex operations. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields will be highly regarded.
