Job Description
* Provide prompt, friendly, and professional client support via phone, chat, and email
* Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and platform navigation
* Monitor and facilitate client transactions to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex or time-sensitive client cases
* Triage and manage internal support tickets efficiently
* Accurately document client interactions using internal systems and CRM tools
* Contribute to continuous improvement of client support processes
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service
The Successful Applicant
* Background in premium customer service, ideally from luxury hospitality, hotels, airlines, concierge services, or high-end retail, or client success within financial services or fintech
* Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Naturally empathetic, patient, and client-focused
* Comfortable using customer support tools and systems (training provided)
* Interest in financial services or fintech environments (industry knowledge not required)
Essential Requirements
* Full Australian working rights
* Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends
