A$105,000.00/yr - A$115,000.00/yr
GS Diamonds is a proudly Australian jewellery brand known for timeless designs and personalised service. We're now looking for a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Perth team in the heart of London Court.

What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and support your boutique team
* Drive sales targets while delivering 5-star client experiences
* Manage CRM and POS systems to keep things running smoothly
* Handle rosters, team development, and boutique presentation
* Ensure smooth operations across stock, admin, and daily sales
What You'll Bring
* Previous retail management experience (jewellery preferred)
* Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
* Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
* Confidence using CRM and POS tools
* A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit
