Key Responsibilities
* Lead environmental assurance activities including audits, inspections and control checks
* Support environment compliance with legislation, regulations and project standards
* Mentor field crews and leadership teams to embed sustainability into daily operations
* Manage environmental incidents and lead investigations with corrective actions
* Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies
* Assist with sustainability initiatives and mandatory reporting
* Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and regulators to maintain high environmental standards
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Management or related field
* Solid experience in operational or major project environments
* Experience in road transport sector is highly regarded
* Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting requirements
* Excellent communication, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills
* ICAM Lead Investigator and Auditor Training (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid C class drivers' licence and construction white card
