About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR support to site-based leaders and employees, developing key people initiatives across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This role drives workforce capability, facilitates organisational culture initiatives, and will develop core OD projects including performance review processes, workforce and succession planning, and onboarding program redesign. The Human Resources Business Partner is a senior trusted advisor who partners with leaders to build capability, improve performance, enhance engagement, and support consistent HR practice across the organisation.
