Lead and manage insurance construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Take ownership of projects from scope, budget, and timeline management through to completion.

About You:
Minimum 5 years’ building or trade experience.
Cert IV in Building and Construction
Construction White Card required.
Strong trade management and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
Customer-focused with a professional approach.
Competent with technology, including smart devices and job management systems.
Current and valid driver’s licence.
Ambitious and looking to grow your career, either stepping up into construction management or expanding into business development.
