About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for caring, motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the team within the Emergency Department at Sunshine Hospital and our brand-new Footscray Hospital opening February 2026.
Our Emergency Nurses have a strong clinical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with an inter-professional team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care when facing potentially life-threatening conditions.
You will be supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Instructors who provide clinical education and supervision in this unit 7 days a week.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Excellent clinical skills
* A commitment to high quality, safe person-centred care
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Emergency Care Nursing
* A Postgraduate in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing (highly desirable)
* ALS training (highly desirable)
