Our team of industry professionals work together as a cohesive and collaborative unit, going above and beyond to provide patient-centred care and deliver the highest level of clinical standards for the patient and the unit.The Assistant in Nursing assists and supports the clinical teams in providing safe and quality patient-centered care under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.Gathering information about patient care needs through observation and notification to the senior clinical staff of identified changes in the health and functional status of patients promptlyAssist in the provision of care and support of patients within the scope of Assistant in Nursing practice, professional expertiseUndertaking observations and assessmentsFollowing the direction and delegation of the appropriate senior clinical staff memberAssisting with safe mobility, patient hygiene and toileting, including appearance and dietary needsReporting any concerns and feedback to the Team Leader/RN to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients About you To be considered suitable for the AIN position you will be:Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Health Services AssistanceFlexibility to work in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate into different teams and work under different NUMsCommitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional developmentProficiency in digital and computer skills, including Microsoft 365 applicationsPrior comparable experience as an Assistant in Nursing or Personal Care Assistant (Desirable)We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help shape the future of care.
