As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance of our camp, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with HSEQ policies.
The successful candidate will manage a team of tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters, to maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors, and clients
* Ensure planned, corrective, and unplanned deliverables are completed within compliance, contract, and KPI timeframes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance, trade management, or scheduling
* Possess relevant trade qualifications
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
* Asset management experience
* Facilities management experience
