We're searching for a talented Digital Designer to bring bold ideas and creative energy to our award-winning Flight Centre Creative Team As part of this forward-thinking team, you'll collaborate closely with the Global Discipline Lead (Brand, Creative & Studio) and partner with our wider Marketing team to deliver exceptional work that inspires and engages. In this role, you'll craft a diverse range of digital, video, and print assets that elevate our brand. Expertise in videography, video editing, and animation is essential, as you'll create standout content for web, social, EDM, display, digital signage, YouTube, BVOD, and TVC.
Working alongside the Flight Centre Creative Team, you'll champion brand integrity and consistency across every touchpoint. We're looking for someone proactive, passionate, and plugged into the latest industry trends; always ready to explore innovations that enhance the customer experience and push creative boundaries.
Who you are:
* Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) or similar
* A minimum 2 years' experience working in a Digital Designer role
* Practical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro)
* Competent in Microsoft Office suite
* A basic understanding of HTML
* Knowledgeable and practical skills in Video editing, motion graphics and colour grading
* Knowledge of project management tool Wrike
* Familiar with social platform Smartly
* Knowledge of asset management tools (e.g. Dropbox)
* Basic photography skills
What you'll be doing:
* Design for digital platforms (web, social, edm, display, outdoor, YouTube, BVOD, TVC)
* Source relevant imagery, audio and video as required
* Edit video and animate (3D animation & After Effects Expressions)
* Effectively manage videography and photography shoots
* On occasion design for print channels (flyers, store signage, brochures, press / magazine)
