About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver high‐quality, patient‐centred healthcare within a supportive, collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll:
* Conduct consultations (in person and via telehealth) to provide education, advice, and care for a diverse range of patients.
* Develop and manage treatment plans, monitor outcomes, prescribe medications, and make clinical adjustments within your scope of practice.
* Triage presenting concerns and collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals as required.
* Work closely with managers, GPs, pharmacists, and allied health teams to deliver coordinated, person‐centred care.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights that enhance clinical systems, workflows, and the overall patient experience.
About You
You're a compassionate, confident Nurse Practitioner who enjoys autonomy while being part of a connected multidisciplinary team.
You'll bring:
* Master of Nursing and current AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
* PBS prescriber number (or eligibility to obtain one).
You will be supported by a friendly and experienced team ofDoctors and staff.
