We're looking for a Production Manager to join our dedicated, high-performance team at Suddenly, a News Corp-owned content marketing agency. 
This role will be working for a well known Australian retailer, responsible for the smooth, efficient management of production and will be integral in producing high-quality, audience-driven and digital-first video content that meets our clients' marketing objectives. 
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Content Director, Account Service Director, and Video Editors to ensure timely and efficient production of content. 
Responsibilities 
- Develop and manage production schedules, workflows, traffic management, budgets, shoot schedules, and resources for multiple video projects simultaneously. 
- Coordinate a wide range of resources and stakeholders to assist in the achievement of briefs and production objectives. 
- Organise and manage the technical processes of video and photographic production, including organising video and photo shoots. 
- Maintain a fast-paced, high-volume workload with strong attention to detail and rigorous quality control across multiple teams. 
- Create and own detailed production documentation to ensure teams are well-informed and organised. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple internal teams and stakeholders; communicate clearly and effectively. 
- Work in a digital-first environment and meet tight deadlines. 
What you need 
- A positive and collaborative attitude; the ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish; accountability. 
- Willingness to learn, show initiative, and support colleagues; ability to handle multiple tasks with different deadlines. 
- Experience in developing and managing production schedules, workflows, traffic management, budgets, shoot schedules, and resources for multiple video projects. 
- Experience coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve production objectives; knowledge of technical processes of video and photographic production and organising shoots. 
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload; high attention to detail; rigorous quality control. 
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders; experience in a digital-first environment; comfortable with tight deadlines.
